5. AI and Automated Systems Disclaimer

Our services may involve outputs generated by artificial intelligence systems. Such outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use. They are provided for informational and experimental purposes only.

You acknowledge that you must independently review and validate any outputs before relying on them. Cavento Tech Sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

6. Data Responsibility and Processing

You are solely responsible for any data you submit, upload, or process through our Website or demo services. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, consents, and legal bases required under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), to use such data.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, Cavento Tech Sp. z o.o. acts as an independent data controller with respect to personal data collected via the Website. Where we process data on your behalf, such processing shall be governed by a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Cavento Tech Sp. z o.o. provides software development, AI systems, automation solutions, and related services. Any production services, deployments, or custom solutions are governed by separate agreements or contracts.
